It used to be the statement top or jacket.. and now, thanks to brands like Cameo and Finders Keepers, we're moving into a phase were we're seeing a lot more statement shorts and skirts. I particularly love this pair, I feel like I don't need to do much accessorising because the shorts are so bold.
