Adelaide's newest and hottest social spot, PUBLIC has opened last week. PULIC is a cafe, bar and function space located on Franklin Street and is Adelaide's newest destination eatery.
Last Thursday night was the official VIP opening of PUBLIC. Its a great space, with an awesome 1940s platform station clock imported form london as the centrepiece. The food was great, the service was amazing and the drinks were flowing - but I always find those little finishing touches are what makes a place. On of the things that excited me the most about PUBLIC was the fact that they had Grown products in the restroom. Its those little finishing touches that makes me love a place, knowing that they really care about your experience.
